Inspired by the Norse sagas and the many vibrant cultures of the Viking Age, Vikingskip challenges players to build the ultimate Longship. Choose your captain, gather a motley crew, and use any means necessary to out-sail and out-wit your fellow players in the quest for plunder.

The strategic heart of Vikingskip' is about racing to see who can amass the most loot over four rounds by raiding and trading with historic Targets and surviving dangerous Longships.
Each turn players strengthen and refine their Longship by drawing rooms and placing them.
As ships get longer, players can amass larger crews with a wealth of skills, strengths, and cultural backgrounds.
As ships get stronger, so do the longships that hunt you!

Players interact with each other by discarding cards from their Longship, playing Action cards from their hand, and raiding Trade routes controlled by other Captains. Action cards can disrupt, and even intercept other players. A clever captain can indirectly kill a greedy opponent, saddle them with a dodgy crew or build a Longship that can snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

After the fourth round is over, players tally their banked loot and subtract any fallen Captains from their final score to determine the winner.
